Engle Martin is excited to announce the newest winners of our EMpact Award, Carol Alberto and Kirby Miller. One of our core values is the commitment to recognize and celebrate the value of everyone’s contribution. This peer-nominated award acknowledges individual performance, leadership qualities, and positive influence to our organization.
The award includes:
- A recognition ceremony
- A monetary award for the winner
- A donation from Engle Martin to a charity of the winner’s choosing
During the nomination process, Carol’s peers stated that “Carol exemplifies inspired leadership. She managed an Engle Martin team that was absorbed into Synergy as part of a post-merger realignment within the companies. Throughout the transition, she skillfully led her team while assimilating into our department and quickly proved herself as a remarkable leader. Carol has achieved many accomplishments including mentorship of team members and deft oversight of a major new account. We are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber in our organization.”

Kirby’s peers also had many great things to say about why she is deserving of this honor, stating “Kirby has exhibited all criteria for this award, every example of EMpact! She has not only embraced a lot of change but has shown perseverance and leadership. Coming from an adjuster’s background, she has offered to guide our team with her industry knowledge, train us on language and responsibilities, and serve as a resource for any questions we may have regarding candidates’ experience. She has delivered results to her business units, and many of them have written in to express sincere appreciation for the positive experiences they have had from her work.”
